Iveleary with a fully fit Cathal Vaughan would take some stopping, had Knocknagree rattled last year only for Vaughan going off injured and Cronin getting black carded.

Do both divisional finalists go into the county again? We had some good divisional finals as a result of this rule last year because both teams just went for it because they knew they weren’t gone if beaten. Iveleary and Kilmurry put up a hurling score in Muskerry final.

Makes the county section ultra competitive & as a result, you get a very good winner that is able to compete in Munster and beyond. Should be same teams there or thereabouts again. Always a dark horse to cause a few upsets too.

AFAIK there are no changes from last year. Worked well I thought so no harm in letting it continue. Clubs know now so I'm sure there'll be a bit more strategic planning regarding training etc.
