Default Cork to get giant cheese hub

The government commits to Cork being a counterbalance to Dublin.

Dublin to get a one billion euro metro [And quite right ]

Cork gets two million euro for a cheese factory.

I really hope there's more than this.

WTF is a 'cheese hub'?

Why can't it be called a cheese factory or cheese processing plant?

Aren't the yokels currently objecting to this? Something about the new wastewater treatment plant. Of course, they have no issue with the current plant's lack of a wastewater treatment plant. Odd that.
