Maybe its because so many of them have Irish Passports now so they arent counted as foreign?

O'Neill had made a mistake with a call for the unity poll.
It is too early. Even if she had said 10 years same it would have made more sense.
Unless they think the Scots will be out the gap inside 5 years.
