Thinking of basing ourselves here for a few days of our holidays, anyone been?

We will have a car so we can travel around from there easily enough.

We were, but we decided against it.

Too many people with kids!!

We are going to Bordeaux for a few days and Nantes for a night, and i think we will spend a week in any aroung Vendee.

Nantes is worth a visit and Bordeaux is a superb city which puts our capital to shame as it was a bit run down about 10 years ago and they spent a fortune doing ity up.



I will be on Ile De Re with kidz.

Nantes is lovely. Have a look at the animal machines thing on Ile de Nantes, it's very cool.

Nantes is well worth a visit - stopping there for a night next week.

everyone knows that place in Nantes so you wont have troubles find it
