Mine is fine, never had any isues with it, only their direct debit dates are awkward as fuck and they wont change it.

Worth a try. It's been like this since we got it in but maybe it's the router from the get go. The lad whose name it's in called them once but they said it should be fine. No not me.

Have tv and INTERNET with them for the last 5 years. Never had a problem with them tbh. I have no problem with their tv service. The picture is fine on my tv no jumping etc.
Granted their customer service leaves a lot to be desired but so does a lot of other companies such as Eircom etc.
