Default Smiley Culture

Minority cultures get away with it all. They pay no tax, pay no heed to state law, pay no respect to women, fist fights, races down the N20 and secret nuclear research.

I say we should set up our own culture. Our own minority, where we can be free, to, do what we want to do!

Now, this is a serious proposal. Let us come up with a culture and I shall submit it to the relevant authorities in Dublin. I've yet to decide who, as they don't recognise any minority.

So, what are our policies?

First off, I declare myself Joe_Duffy, to be King of Smilers.
I will hear submissions for Mayor of Smiley Culture.

We need to decide our approach to the following:

Metal

Animals

Human Rights

Driving direction

Carpets

Dogs

Odour

Fightin'

Copulation

Marriage

Religion

Superstition (Religion)

Women

Tax avoidance/evasion

Undermining local schooling

Fence sitting on location (fence can move)

Give me your thoughts, I'll put together an official document and submit it to the relevant authorities (really .. I will .. if someone can do a logo .. great!)

Smilers! Gather!

Damn

Thought this was gonna be a belated tribute to the under-rated reggae singer and poet, who brought us the seminal "police officer"

Ironically he died in mysterious circumstances in police custody last year

'Police Officer' shall be our anthem. I decree this to be true, as King of Smiley Culture.

Let it be known.
