Default The Dublin Lord Mayor

Heard him tonight on the radio, he sounds like Bertie Ahern, going on about us having a "bit of a recession" and saying how immigration will encourage growth in business, another political muppet? yes.

EDIT: Is "lord" applicable in Dublin?
