Should work if you cancel and sign up again a few days later. As long as you have been with them for over a year.

Ring Sky, Ask to speak to a supervisor. Then tell them your not paying and you're canceling your subscription if they don't fix your dish for free.

Worked for me.

My dad just fixed it! Simple 5 minute job just bolted back on the lnb thing and used a cable tie to even hold it stronger. Working perfect now! Dads! What would we do without them.
But to think sky wanted 100 euros for a simple job.
Thanks lads for all your help.
Might still consider chorus if they get back to me, i mean my dad is in his 60s and i hate asking him to do these kind of jobs
