I dont know if he was a city fan or not .... City were playing in a top of the table clash inside Tolka Park v Shels while all that was going so all city fans in Dublin for the game would have been in the ground supporting the team.

Good result for us though, one all draw, away from home against the league leaders, in a game which we really should have won ... that's great.

That is a strange post.

You know well the young lad was a City fan.

I have no idea the circumstances surrounding the assault but he was definetly in Dublin supporting City against Shels.

If City fans go to Tolka to see game should they not be there for the whole game?

I don't know the in's and out's of what happened Friday night to this young guy but he was definetly in Dublin for the City game and let's be fair you knew this before your last post. Now he might have been outside the ground for part of the game and the reason for this is not known yet but at the moment the most important thing is that this young boy makes a full recovery. After that the guards will deal with the rest.

Hopefully the lad will make a quick recovery.

The youths won the FAI Youth Cup today, 4-1!
