Meteor are sending the phone back to Samsung's repairs unit, it will take about 5 working days at no charge if it is fixed. A replacement phone has a €40 refundable deposit. Not interested as it seems to be the same phone they give everyone and it did'nt look clean to say the least.
As it is I will have no faith in this model now even if it is fixed and in working order again.
If it can't be repaired the phone will be replaced but can I insist on a full refund instead or will they try the old credit note trick as has previously been mentioned?
