Default a nice room in a nice house in Blackpool- not expensive

Hiya,
W-e have a single room to let, for 240 euro a month, cosy and very bright, with a huge window, in 5 bedroom house, located 7 minutes from Cork city centre.
the house is very bright, renewed a few years ago, with huge living room, big kitchen, bright bathroom, internet connection (wireless and cable option). There is a small backyard, where you can expose your washing to the sun or sit down on the chair and have a cigarette.

There are four people in the house, all Polish, but we are looking also for any English-speaking person, having a job. We are all open-minded and any such a person is welcome in our house.

The room is free from 8th of June. The whole house belongs to agency, so you can keep your tax rent relief. And the agency is very fair to us.
