Story on selling a Financed car?

So we're moving abroad again and need to sell a car we bought new. Can anyone help me figure out the story with selling a car which is financed? Do we have to pay the bank back before we sell? Can a garage buy it from us and sort out the financing (even if we have to kick in a bit as well, at this point we just need to get rid of it).?

No worries bud its dead easy.If you are gonna trade it in then the garage will have to get your settlement figure from whoever you are financed through.The only sticky part is if you owe more than the standing value of the car........

Privately you would need to clear the finance before you could sell it on
