Default Looking for a studio space

Hi peoples,

I'm looking around town at the mo for a studio space. I'm a painter and all i need is a room about 15ft x 15ft with a toilet and a bit of running water. I've tried Singers corner and some of the old haunts to no avial, I also asked Mick the big issue seller cos if anybody knows everything about Cork city, it's him. If anybody has any recommendations that'd be cool. My budget is under 40 bucks a week.. Thanking you's..
