Catch 22 they couldn't develop so ran risk of 40k crowds hence falling further behind ironic they are now in a 60k stadium and floundering.

My first trip to highbury was August 1980, loved everything about it, from coming out of the tube to the stalls all around , sadly missed but I do understand why the move had to happn, best thing about the emirates is we still get out Of The same tune stations and drink in the same pubs.

I notice that a lot of Arsenal fans, feel that the Emirates has been taken over by yuppies these past few years! But i suppose that's the way things have gone.More genuine fans have been priced out of attending matches. For a modern ground, the Emirates is not that bad though.

What a sight to behold. I love the smells and the sounds coming out of the tube. It's nostalgic for me. There is no ground like Arsenal. The character of the place is incredible. I fell in love when I went there first.
