No
Anyone from Huddersfield who calls it a bacon sandwich rather than a bacon butty doesn't know their arse from their elbow anyway.
Seriously, a bad staff member or their training isn't down to their nationality.
The job should go to the best person, end of

I'd say its more the shops fault for putting people up front that can barely speak English.
He is still a clown for what he said though.

Working in a cafe in the middle of a train station is way beneath any self respecting dole sponger, especially English/Irish ones.
We have ' others ' for that kind of work dont you know.

There are still jobs difficult to fill, ask Tesco who have been recruiting in Poland for the last 7 years.
And yes, it's because people don't want them or they are leaving school so poorly educated someone who can't speak English is a better investment, what's scary is an MP who doesn't know that

"The high levels of immigration puts pressure on housing, hospitals and our schools." No, it's the high level of morbidly obese, indolent, illiterate, birthing factories you call your constituents putting pressure on public services not the polish doctor who served you your bacon "sandwich".
