Default the official ireland EURO 2012 finals thread

back in the big time.

draw tomorrow at 5.30pm i believe.

living in that london for the past 8 years, i do hope we get ingerlund. it would be a good laugh.

beyond that, i'd like to avoid portugal and germany. and be in poland's group i guess (though i fancy we could get something out of spain/netherlands).

England, Greece, Ukraine would be a tasty draw.

id like to avoid either of the hosts. it will be a nightmare trying to get tickets for those games.
its rare we get to the euros so would love to draw any of the big guns. the dutch or swedes, their fans are awesome

Great call!

I'm already in the process of making plans with friends to get there. Hopefully the draw tomorrow will be some bit kind so we'll have something to shout about next summer.

A good dust up with the Brits or the Germans would be nice, surely we could rely on our polish tenants to jump on for us as well

It'll be fairly easy to spot the Brits.

They'll be in Murphys Bar or O'Reillys Pub singing "No surrender to the IRA"

Interesting to note that two of the top seeds, by way of being hosts, in Euro 2008 have failed to qualify for this years tournament.

booked flights to poznan a couple of weeks ago so hoping we're not drawn in donetsk or kharkiv. all other venues are within reasonable distance.
