Default Massive Massive Tits...

ok, the thread title is a bit misleading

BUT you can download my new EP, the "Freedom EP" from:

http://www.panicstudios.com/clients/nellboy

quite a lot of work has gone into this over the past few months. The tracks that had been previously recorded have been mixed again and mastered by a studio in Seattle. I haven't really decided what to do with it just yet. But i'm making it available to download for a limited time for those who are interested.

Of all these tracks, my personal favourite is the second, Liberté.

Any feedback appreciated

cheers

1. I want life
I think it has huge potential and universal appeal but maybe you should try using different sounds.
I love the grainy bassline , and guitar line, the other elements sort of leave the track down i think.
Just think the other sounds make it a bit cheesey imho.

2. Liberté
As i already said its a cracking track.

3. Recycle
I like it, great sounds in it.
if i was to be critical id say work on the kick drum a bit more, or even change it to one that stands out more and has more of a thump to it.

4. Ikiller
This has a really nice dark vibe to it. Its a bit of a masterpiece. Well done.

Thanks a lot for sharing the tracks.
You seem to have great enthusiasm and a great attitude when it comes to music.
Make sure you keep both.

Thanks smithy, regarding the first track, I think the intention was to make it slightly cheesy - then to combine it with a fucked up vocal, and some epic guitar... I was a bit dubious about whether or not I should include it, but some people seem to love that track - having said that, most of them are not irish, french people seem to dig it a lot, in the end, it's just a cheesy party track... But I like it myself, so in the end, that's why i included it... And the only place to put it is first - hence my reservations...

I completely get why some people might really not like that track...

Dude it could be the very track that gets you signed too, and gets your name out there a lot more.
So yeah i wouldnt be too worried if its a bit cheesey sounding.
You could always remix it for underground anoracks like myself.
