New BMW 3 series
Am i correct in thinking there is a new 3 series after coming out.
Also want to spend about 65k or so - should i go 3 series or 5 series?
please advise

Probably a decent ex-demo 5 series would be a better option.

does it have to be new - what are you looking for ? 3 series is entry level - only one worth getting is an M3.
you'd get this 535d (1 year old for 65k with warranty) 272bhp and 45mpg

what though - audi are the same these days - if you have 65k and one car to buy what would it be? baring in mind you might have to travel to work, there may be kids and trips away etc etc
the 535 above offers economy and power things that usually do not go hand in hand. buying a 318 ci or some shit is wanky but the bigger boats not so much

Yeah, I even realise that they're nice cars, but the fact remains, they're driven by tits, that puts me off them. If I had 65K I'd buy a Lotus Exige and a nice Ducati.
