Default Part Time Receptionist / Administrator Required

We are currently looking to fill the position of Part Time Receptionist / Administrator in our well established Cork City Centre office.

The ideal client should have experience working in an office enviroment as a receptionist/administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone, fax & email and other queries
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail
  • Assist our operations manager
  • Manage client accounts
  • Maintain the reception area in good order

Experience, Skills & Education:
The candidate must demonstrate the following skills:
  • Reasonable knowledge of managing a front desk
  • Problem solving
  • Decision making
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Spreadsheets and word processing
  • Pleasant and friendly manner
