Almost anything civilian can land there, It might have problems with an A380 (Don't know for certain, but the runway may have problems with the weight), but that's it.

The problem is taking off. Again, almost any civilian aircraft can take off. The question is how much fuel, passengers or freight are you willing to remove from the aircraft. Take off the fuel and you lose range, take off the passengers or the freight and you lose revenue.

The largest aircraft that can operate unrestricted are the A330-200 and the Boeing 767.

According to wikipedia and answers.com the largest aircraft that can land/takeoff are the Boeing 747-200 & The largest 'fully loaded' aircraft that can operate from Cork is the Boeing 767-200
