Indeed.
It was all I could manage to be objective and vote with my head instead of my heart.
I'll make up for it by wearing the roy jocks to bed tonight.

2-0 to the Arse so far.

(disregarding the votes of two WUMs and one SFNE.)

Spurs played very pretty football under Ossie Ardiles.

It does for a certain breed of no mark journalist who thinks he'd have made it to the top of the Shropshire District League goalscoring charts but for all the nasty men tackling him.

This sort of idiot (including Blatter) would like to turn football into a non-contact sport. I watched a few snippets of the basketball final last weekend, I have zero interest in watching a sport which is about "drawing a foul" and set pieces.

Pires, Henry, Vieira, gay Freddie, these guys made the trailing leg and the snide little look up from their theatrics acceptable in the Premiership, not Drogba, not Ronaldo but the invincibles.

And they've had a two year whine about the Neville brothers since they'd the temerity to respond to Ashley Cole's opening salvo with a kick on Reyes each.

French people, I ask you. ;)

The thing is, I really liked Van Nis when he started in the prem.
He rode tackles, got up straight away when cut down and, in general, didn't dive in favour of having a shot at goal.
Didn't take long for that to be coached out of him.

Against Arsenal, dunno was he that bad in general?

He'd become an awful tool by the end of his time at Utd from the sounds of it though. Lost his humility I reckon.

Funny thing though... He's been ok since joining Madrid..... He was a tool at Utd just before he left.

Sure, he wanted out of Utd with a few years and just threw a big Dutch strop. Don't think that was Utd's fault.

Don't you think Ronaldo has improved an awful lot for the playacting and diving since he arrived at Utd? In so much as there's less of it than he's packed it in outright, mind you.
