Anyone have an educated guess at what percentage of the (let's say) top 20 from last year's Tour or Vuelta or whatever were clean? Without any hard evidence, I'd be thinking no more than 10%, maybe slightly more.

To be honest I would'ent blame them, I cycled around dublin on a pill last year and it was great craic.
