How are you trying to charge it? In the car or with a charger? Make sure theres deionised water in each cell. You might just need a new one. Thayre only around 50 euro or so

A lot depends on the age off the battery,
Batteries these days’ if left in the uncharged state for a long period have difficulty recovering.

I have tried the following with some susses.

Remove the flat battery from the car.
Get a fully charged battery and place it next to the flat one.
Get a set off jump cables and jump the two batteries.
Live the cables connected for 2 or 3 hors.
This pushes the amps from the good battery to the flat one.
The end result is the flat battery gets its memory back.
Finally recharge 2 batteries with battery charger to full charge.
I have got a 50 50 result with this.
Warring only do this in a ventilated place, outdoors would be best.

Best of look.

Batteries left idle deteriorate due to the formation of sulfate crystals on the plates, there are chargers and electronic devices that claim to break down the crystals but the results are only short term.
The old solution was epsom salts or edta you can buy products to 'regenerate' or 'recondition' your battery which contain edta. You can find the recommended dosage on google.
