Boo and hiss to everyone for not joining in with me and EKON's wind-up chorus of We are, we are, weareweareweare the Frank and Waaaaaaalters...

Fantastic show though. I thought the gleam might be gone after the surprise of last year's nostalgia fest, but it was brilliant.

Ah right. Shit you should have given me a shout. The support were chronic. Big difference i know but they had absolutely zero stage presence and didnt look like they wanted to be near that stage at all. How much whiskey did he have anyway like! he was bating into it

To be fair, they lost a guitarist recently and it was their first gig in a few months. They're a good set of lads and their new stuff that's going to be recorded is much better than anything they've played before. If you saw their first song it was a cracker.

It just looked like they were lost up there at times. The drummer actually was excellent. I think that the front guy should have had a bit of help just to beef up the vocals a bit as well

No I'm definitely right about the Front - and looks like you were the "one or two" they mentioned that could read & write.

It was tongue in cheek hen. Don't lay too many eggs over it.

There is no way way the bottle had whiskey in it. It was just filled with lemonade or something similar looking to alcohol. If it was whiskey nof would have collapsed by the second song! He does the same trick at all the gigs

I bought the bottle of jameson for the mitchelstown gig during the summer and that was definitely real and judging by the effect it had on one of the lads backstage afterwards, so was the bushmills on Saturday night!! He had a couple of swigs out of the drop that was left in the end of the bottle...

thought they were absolutely brilliant on Saturday... Roll on Feb 3rd in Stockholm....
