Munster Club final on TG4 today, anyone see it?
The ref overruled the umpire when he gave a 70 to Erin's Own with the sides level in injury time and gave a wide ball instead.
The he gave a 70 to Toomevara when it was obviously a wide ball which they scored the winning point from.
Never have I seen such a prick in all my life. He needed a garda escort off the pitch at the end and I'm not surprised. I was only watching on telly and I wanted to kill him right there and then.
I'm not even an Erin's Own supporter but I was fuming. Still am actually.
Fucking gobshite.

Ya a few controversial decisions, but in fairness Erins Own should have never let the lead slip.
A pity Brian Corcoran couldn't have gone out on a high with an All Ireland Club medal.

What a fucking disgrace. Erin's Own deserved a draw from the game. Absolutely shocking officiating.

toomevara should never have been that close at the end, bad defending let them back in to the game, i didnt see corcoran in the second half, bad decisions are made every day but they threw the match away long before the refs suspect decisions?
is this another reason for our game to be professional?

If Toomevara win the All Ireland it will be tainted forever. Even their captain pretty much admitted they got away with it. Should have been a draw and played in better conditions it would decide who should go through. Wouldn't surprise me if Erin's Own were back there next yea though. Corcoran leaving won't have as much an impact as people think.

Yeah, the ref's decision at the end was a bit of a disgrace, but Erin's own should have had it wrapped up long before then. They had a gale behind them for the first half and one goal aside all of their scores came from their midfielders. 12 wides downwind is a poor enough showing.

Claremen are a bitter bunch, they can't stomach seeing Cork win anything, Ger Hoey deserves the freedom of Toomevara. I didn't think anyone would f*ck up more than Graham Poll this weekend, but i was so wrong

well it's easy to say they were robbed but they need to look at the dozen scoreable wides they hit in the first half aswell. Having said that, two awful calls by the ref

Once Buckley was taken off, Erin's Own went downhill. After 5 mins rest Toome came back into it. Some bad decisions from the Ref. but also from Erin's Own management the subs brought on were way too young and out of their depth.
Should be there about again next year... a little bit wiser though

Erins Own can have no one to blame but themselves, the wides and balls into the keepers hands in the first half were shocking, but the worst of all was about 12 mins into the game when Hero went for goal with a 21 (4/5 players on the line) In fairness like they were about 4 pts up at that stage and playing with a strong wind.....
The referee was shocking alright but he's not to blame...
