Has excellent reviews of guesthouses and restaurants, and tells you what's what about the various places you can visit in each of these countries. I ended up using it more than the old Lonely Planet. Check it out if you're heading east...

I found this site : www.talesofasia.com , to be a very handy site.
Its run by an american feen who lives in Cambodia. Its handy
because he gives advice on how to avoid being ripped off by
all the scamers in Thailand and Cambodia and Vietnam and he
gives you good tips on travelling through borders he even gives
you maps on how to avoid all the scammers on the border between
Thailand and Cambodia. Definately cheaper using his advice. Its also
a good read.
