To be honest I don't think the county has been able to move on from the Saipan issue. McCarthy the prick sending a loyal Corkonian home when all he wanted to do was give his all for the country he loved and do his best for the county he loves. I think the rest of the country has been against us since, all because of our bravest Corkonian since Michael Collins. Of course, both heroes shared a love of Celtic.

John Allen has to be held responsible, if that is his attitude it will obviously permeate into the teams mental outlook. The were playing like all they had to do was show up last Sunday. Its up to the manager to keep them motivated, not come out with shite like the above.

Allegedly.

The shooter was apparently from Mallow but I reckon it was more like Tallow.

Of course the management have to carry the can in terms of failing to make the necessary switches and their failure to address the problems with the puck outs, but posts saying JA knows 'nothing about Hurling' are moronic.

The guy lost one game in two years in charge and delivered an all ireland, undefeated, which is more than O'Grady accomplished.

Allen inherited a wining team, defensively they have gone backwards since he took over, blocking and hooking skills have gone backwards, O'Grady is a better coach

Meh, Its all about opinion really.

Interestingly enough, I dont hear you moaning about Donal 'walking out on his county':p .

They have both had tremendously successful spells in charge, but in terms of results Allens record results-wise is the better ,albeit only by the one.
