after all the talk (myself included) they got cocky and blew it against euro-champions greece, 101-95. the usa were 11 points up in the second quarter at one point (at which Lebron James apparently said of the greeks that "they have no idea what to do") but after 13-2 runs and 76% successful shot peroids, the greeks ran out winners.
when i watched it, it was like the us just didn't even try to stop them, they just tried to force points, forgeting about defense. well done to the greeks though,who have no players in the nba (although their top scorer spanoulis who looked well good is linked with houston).
