Don't know. Cole left the England camp for a medical but apparantly he's back there now.

ARSENAL: The first edition of The Sun has arrived at 2230 and it claims that Arsenal have accepted a deal of £5m plus William Gallas for Ashley Cole from Chelsea. Elsewhere, the Gunners have reportedly agreed a swap deal which will see Jose Antonio Reyes heading to Real Madrid, and Julio Baptista coming the other way. It's a loan deal for one season, with an option to buy next summer. Meanwhile, one defender looks to be off - Villarreal have agreed a £2m fee for Pascal Cygan

Why did gallas want out of chelsea, i thought he wanted a move abroad not to another english club.

I thought it was more to do with the position they were playing him. He wanted to be a Centre half but Mourinho was playing him at left back mostly

Yera, it's a good move for both teams.....Arsenal badly need defenders.....If they can get Clichy back, then should be ok though.....A pity for Bridge though....he hasn't put a foot wrong this season and will most likely be dropped....

I only passed on what I heard on Radio Scotland last night. News today has £5M plus Gallas too.
