but when chelsea are involved and a player of coles calibre is involved you want the big money. when you see chelsea forking out 20m+ for players who wouldnt be as great as cole then why should they settle for a low price.

Ya thats where chelsea have arsenal by the balls. and after Joses comment last night that they definetly wont be upping their price for him. it looks like arsenal might just have to cash in. personally id like to see gallas go to arsenal as part of the deal but id say he wants out of england.

Gallas will not be sold , hes been offered £75,000 a week but wants £90,000...his current wage is £35,000 a week...a deal should be done I would imagine..

Apparently Chelsea had a gentlemans agreement with Real and Barcelona. Chelsea agreed to stay away from the Juventus fire sale and in return the spanish giants agreed not to bid on Ashley Cole....apparently.

Sounds a bit iffy to me to be honest...Id prefer Zambo.....
