Sorry, I don't do the whole internet piss up thing. I think yer pissing against the wind really. There's too many oddballs on the sports forum. What about exclusive Cork City/GAA/Rugby fans? They won't take too kindly to watching the charity shield. Wouldn't a general night out be a better idea?

internet pissups are for total losers. I wouldn't lower myself, I wouldn't even contemplate it.

I have organised a lot of the Langer forums piss ups in the distant past and one thing I have found out is that you cant please all of the people all of the time...Your better off naming a time and place and sticking to it....This is just a bit of fun really...Im just going to throw this out there for anyone who wants to meet up and have a few friendly pints while watching a match and put a few names to faces..

you cant please all of the people all of the timeThat's for sure but I would have said there are better ways to maximise the potential.

Hi there, here's my friend I met off the internet. :(
What a bunch of poofters you really are. Is this what's become of the once celebrated sports forum.

I can see it now, bunch of no-marks trotting out drivel like "i wish to FAWK that linesman would get to specsavers". gay laughter all round.
Langer Dan on the cocktails.
