There is no chance of Liverpool signing him esp. since we've recently signed two promising centre-halves and are forced to offload every peripheral squad member possible to finance the deals Rafa currently wants to make.

Would not be at all surprised to see him end up at Chel$ki though. Terry and Cannavaro together would be a scary sight.

he's too old, 33 this year, they shouldn't be breaking the bank for a player you might only get a season or two out of. liverpool have hyppia (granted he's getting old), carragher, agger & paletta at centre half. don't get me wrong, he's be great, but not the sort of player liverpool should be looking for.
