I try to keep my drinking to just the one night of the weekend, which is Saturday night.

So, maybe about 10.

Saying that, I probably had twice that last Sunday.
3pm to 3am is a long days drinking.

Some nights you could be pissed after 5, more on other night depending on the mood like.

It's not how much you drink, that's not the issue. It's whether you can stop if you want to.

If you're worried, try two or three weeks of controlled drinking, say three drinks a night, some nights drink minerals instead of booze.

You'll soon find out whether it's you using alcohol or alcohol using you.
