Did they take Raul off for Torres? No, They took Garcia off for Raul at half time and Fabregas replaced Senna. Joaquin came on for Villa early in the second half. Joaquin's a bit of a donkey though. He's too tall for a winger for my liking.

The bet is fucked now that langer Raul has scored. Aragones will start him with Torres now, I reckon. FFS!

Carles Puyol's haircut is a disgrace, up there with Ronan O'Gara's in international sporting terms.

Hopefully Aragones will drop Garcia and play Torres and Villa up front with Raul just behind them. I'd fancy Villa to nab a few against the Saudis.

Were they odds at the start of the tournament?
The Spanish always end up scrapping with each other in the latter stages.
Time will tell I suppose.
Torres is looking like a good wager though.

Villa at 55's is looking even better providing Aragones doesn't fuck it up.

Jawb!
gutted that Tunisia couldnīt hold out for the win, I was in with the Tunisia fans behind the goal. magnificent atmosphere, both sets of supporters were really fantastic. Itīs a very different atmosphere from a major club game, ...itīs more of a celebration.
Tunisia played a very brave match. You could see there was a collective decision to just defend for the last 25 mins or so. Iīm still unconvinced by Spain, the goal completely rattled them. Spain were horrendous down their left side all match, the gave Tunisia acres of space. Torres was great.
In the end a loss was the same for Tunisia as a draw ...both would mean theyīd need to beat Ukraine in the last game to progress.

Even when Spain started to play there was massive gaps that a decent would have exploited
Great comeback though Fabregas was class
with Spain itīs all about the cojones
despite the players the team will still lack the cojones when it matters.
