You said "counties," and then went on to quote population statistics for "cities."

I think that is where the confusion arose.


So in essence, the figures you quote as being the combined populations are for the city areas of both Cork and Limerick, and exclude the county areas of both Cork and Limerick.

But you said "Munster is spread across two counties for home games."

Therein lies the mistake.
