I'm sure this will come back to haunt me big time and i'm sure procers won't agree but people can get intimidated when they see new people on the proc, mainly cos they're afraid of gettin pushed out of the limelight and a whole new, "proc group" will be formed.

You have to admit, things here can be quite clicky and if a group of new people waltz in there is a fear that they will take over the proc eventually.

I'm pretty sure this is nothing to worry about.
