having watched a few barca games lately it seems to me he needs fifty ten shots to score a goal...
he gets the ball and seems to forget about every other barca player especially ol henrik.... all he believes in is gettin the ball and having a shot...from ANYWHERE.
jesus even last night i was watching celta v barca and the prick had a shot from half way... he seems to score alot against lower teams but doesnt really give a well balanced return.
i reckon he is one of the greediest bastards to ever grace a football field.

is it really just me or are there any other "i hate sam"fans

have to disagree with ya there,think hes a good team player,often asked to fill different positions during games as seen against milan when asked to play on the left to counteract milans introduction of cafu,and tracked back to help out his teammates,ended the game almost as a left back.

Not too many agreeing with ya there boy, but I know what you mean about Eto'o. He can be frustrating and does seem to need quite a few chances to score. As Barca's main man he'd have had an awful lot of scoring chances this year and yet you don't see his team mates berating him for not passing as they will do a genuinely selfish bastard. Someone pointed out that he worked hard in the Milan match - so I'm torn between admiration and frustration. A bit of both and at least you're not mad in your assessment.

I think the race for the Pichichi is weighing him down in the last few games. He is taking all types of shot but I've only noticed that lately. But, as for being brutal, that's crazy talk.

Aight there, I'm actually going to have to agree with you a bit. He's not the worst player or anything, but I think he's so overhyped. When people start mentioning rubbish like he's the best striker in the world, or that Henry couldn't get in the Barca team ahead of him, not that's overhype. He's not a great team player, but is great in a one-on-one or with shotting chances.
