My 2 faced manager is trying to sabotage my project. Tells me one thing and tells others another thing. Trying to blame our team for not delivering despite management giving us SFA to deliver.

CV has been rooted out. Not sure I can last until April for the bonus but if its like last year it's not to be sneezed at.

2. Estimate the days required to perform each task
3. Work back from the end date, build in some contingency (for known unknowns and unknown unknowns) and work out the resource profile from that

It's crude, but based on that you can see if (a) you need to hire in to meet date or (b) you have to slip the date

You can still probably do that in a day or so and decide what steps need to be performed to meet your date / slip. It's better to call out slippages early and take steps to rectify (e.g. inform client of why late) than wait till it's due and then tell them it's slipped...

Also, it's year end, and people have eye on appraisals / bonus etc. so he could be snaking around doing stuff like that also...

He is right, I was loud. I am frustrated. I am pissed off so what can I do?

The core team don't have management support, we have no business sponsor and we are battling against a cheap offshore supplier.
