Pete Doherty isn't the only rock star to be arrested in Sweden this month. Axl Rose spent a night in a Stockholm jail after an altercation at a hotel early on Tuesday morning.

The Guns N' Roses singer got in a fight with a security guard at an after-party following the band's sold-out show at the Globe Arena. According to The Local news service, Rose was intoxicated in a jail cell as of 11 a.m. and had been charged with damaging property, assaulting a security guard and threatening police. One of the arresting officers told the Aftonbladet newspaper that Rose was "aggressive and acting out" after his arrest and had to be handcuffed.

GN'R and members of their crew were apparently partying with leather-clad blonde women at the Cafe Opera after the show, and then the festivities moved to where the group were staying at the Berns Hotel. Witnesses told Aftonbladet that Rose got in a fight with a woman (perhaps he drunkenly confused her with fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger) at the hotel bar.

When security guards tried to break things up, the rocker began brawling with them and broke a mirror in the reception area. One of the guards, who was allegedly hit and bitten on the leg by Rose, was taken to hospital for evaluation. Rose then threatened an officer after police were called to try and restore order.

GN'R are scheduled to play in Oslo, Norway on Wednesday night. It's not yet known if Rose's arrest will affect that show

Ah but you see jammy dodgers are a humble biscuit as they only contain jam & just want to be loved really. It's those fucking toffy pops and kimberley biscuits that i have issues with. They think their so great but really they are not.
