Actually I do have one bit of advice for you finner: swim (or at least do your warm up and pre-set) with shorts on over your shark-fin skimpers. The extra drag will work your upper body more resulting in an impressive gun show and square, manly shoulders.

I actually don't really like working from home - I did it for 18 months on one project with trips every few weeks to Washington & it really really turned me off it... Now I'm in my own apartment in the city it's not too bad.

The teaching is going well and I'm enjoying the new job. It's the research side of things that is crazy at the moment. Deadlines approaching and articles to be finished.

The problem is that after a day's teaching you don't feel like sitting down and writing. Had to tonight though. It'll calm down in a couple of weeks.

it's the opposite for me because my gym is beside the office. i roll out of bed, pull on shorts and t shirt and cycle in. after the gym i have a shower and put on work clothes.

i work from home 1 or 2 days a week. get to sleep in till 9 and do laundry / cook / clean etc. but i like the office too for the craic and better network / phone lines etc. good to mix it up tho eh...
