Is Mike the man for the irish rugby team.
His C.V. is impeccable, used to be a coach at Leinster as well.I say give him the job.

why would he give up coaching (a team that just won the grand slam) to spend more time with his family, only to move to a different country to do the same job?

If the players fucked him out, he's not the man, because he'd have the same problems in the Irish team.

If it's true that he didn't want to commit the amount of time required for the Wales job, he's not the man because the Irish one would be even more time consuming for someone who lives in Wales.

what about Declan Kidney?
I had him for Inter Cert commerce. I've never been able to appreciate him as a rugby coach since.
