The one thing I don't get is that Hingis was 'forced' to retire due to injury caused by her footwear I think it was Tachinni, with whom she had a contract to wear their products.

She sued the pants off them and I think she won.

Now she has come back playing does this not rule her case against the footwear company invalid??
