Suggest tips for HR interview?

any recommendations for HR screening interviews,

I have one this week, just wondering if anyine has any USEFUL tips.

Ask them a tough question at the end , "why do they like working here"

If/when they ask you about weaknesses , dont relate them to the job
Say you'd like to have learned another language or have done a masters

well, whatever i was waffling about seemed to work,

i got the 2d interview today - technicial interview - gulp....

Has anyone any tips or information before I go to a Centocor interview and Assessment Centre? I already did one interview and must have cut the mustard as I'm going back. Have only been dealing with one person there who seems to be running the show and she has been really helpful so I'm have a good feeling about this job.

I had one of them last month and was lucky enough to get my hands on a mock interview so I was well prepared for the questions.

What's the interview for - type of company etc?

Centocor is based in Ringaskiddy (a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson) and is a biomedical company. I'm going for a QC Analyst role.
