Fear not, I haven't topped myself, yet. Gutted to lose that one at such a late stage to such a gormless idiot. Reina got damn close to it too, would've taken an amazing save to keep it out. Absolute bullet of a header.
Very strange game. It was very open in the middle third but both teams looked toothless up front. Marginally better than the muck both teams served up at Anfield this year.
Hope that dwarf Neville gets the book thrown at him. He's such a cnut.

And Robbie Fowler is a legend for what he did?

Notice Question Mark.
Using the term 'legend' a bit too loosely there my friend.

Shame we conceded such a sloppy goal (poor concentration & awareness from JAR) because we were very comfortable and were causing chelsea some problems. As they shut up shop and play on the break when they nick a goal in big games they are tough f*ckers to break down and we didn't have enough of a cutting edge up front to do it. *
As disappointing as it was it won't be y'day's game that decides our final league position. It will be games against the likes of Charlton & Wigan that we'll need to be clinical in if we are to nip in ahead of united....having said that I'd trade off 2nd place for another away-day...paris in the spring sounds very tempting. If any English team will make it I would put my ££ on it being liverpool.
* - expect the signing of a shearer-esqe striker in the summer. An all-rounder who can link play, score tap-ins & screamers, finish well in the air & with his feet and work his ass off for the team. He's going to be tough to come by but if Kuijt continues his progress he may be the man.

Well it won't be the Gunners anyway.
Actually, hold on - I said the same about the Pool last year and look what happened.
Chelsea and Liverpool have a great chance they way they are set up.
But Liverpool again will struggle to score.
For what its worth I think Juventus have a great chance this year and are my tip to win it.
