it may be better to get some 533 ram..... like you wouldnt want to want to change that out after a few months. i recommend spending the extra couple of squids.

I don't think that board supports DDR2 , There's a slightly different footprint for the modules, so it wouldn;t physically fit in.

you may want to buy a seperate new PSU cause that one wouldnt be enough id say with a processor and card like that......
