I fancy Argentina to cause an upset.......... as i have done for the past 3 world cups.
I'm going for Togo with Oz and Brazil with an outside chance

It looks like one of the most open world cups for a long time. There are ten teams who have a genuine chance of winning it (the 9 listed above plus Holland). It's not inconceivable that the Czech Republic or Sweden could if they have a bit of luck (remember Greece this year or Denmark in 1992) I suspect that Argentina will do better than Brazil, but I'm not sure either will win it. Much as it pains me to say it, this is the best England team for 20 years and with an open field, they have a realistic chance this year.

I'd have to say Liverpool, they would win the World Cup hands down....Gerrard and Alonso...as good as it gets...

You know, I think that's the problem I have with them. I quite like most English people I meet. There is nothing particularly objectionable about their sports teams or their members (barring some members of the rugby team). However, I just couldn't take hearing about it for the next 10 years every time I turned on a British TV channel.
At least we have our own channels. Imagine what it would be like for the Welsh or the Scots...

BBC Wales?
BBC Scotland?
Brazil for me - two super creative players Kaka & The Man Ronnie.
Super Strikers galore. Adriano, Robinho, Ronaldo.
Emerson holding it up in midfield.
Defence isn't great but at the same time they ooze class.
Saying that I hope Argentina do it - I always had a gra for them.
Maybe its cause England hate them so much.
Argentina England Final.
Tevez with a dirty handball goal for the winner - how bad.

Italy. They appear to be coming into good form, they have a lot fo good forwards and their first-choice defenders are excellent. Keeping Nesta, Coastacurta and Pirlo injury-free and clear of suspensions is going to be crucial.

Is this an ironic intentional error on your part, oh wise one?
