IPOD Help!!

My Ipod does not update when i attache it, it just says updating for few seconds than just stops. I downloaded the latest updater software, it doesnt give me option to update when i run it only option to restore, but when i try restore a error "Fireware Error" shows!!

Any suggests wa to do next people??????

Minedid the same last night except it said that another user was using ipod software.I reinstalled ipod software from the disk and its working great

Get rid of your Ipod and buy something else instead, like an i-river or zen or something.
