Does exactly as it says on the title.
Who's the best player you've seen in the flesh? You have to have been to the game to see them too, not brushed by you in an airport ;-)
Me, Ronaldinho.

Yeah - 2nd years and 5th years. Its an English trip where you go to stretford upon avon to see Shakespeare's gaff and plays and shit, west end play in london and then the reason everyone goes and pretends they are interested in English Lit - you get a premiership match.
Chelsea Vs Leicster - 1-0 chelsea, LeBouef scored a rocket from about 30 yards out but Zola was show boating brilliantly all game and had a couple of great efforts.
He was out training and kicking about afterwards and we were last to leave stadium, tried to get down to him but security guards cleared us off.
We went to Wimbledon Bradford when I was in 5th year.
Sam Hamann was walking around the pitch and security was so lax - we ran down to him and were chatting to him for ages.
My buddy tried to get him to sign him - twas fierce funny.
We all thought itd be a shit game - lowest premiership attendance ever, 3-2 I think.
Hartson scored 3 but one was disallowed.
A classic - great craic.

Ronaldinho, without a doubt. Went to see Barca play at the Nou Camp about a year and a half ago against Real Sociedad. I knew how skillful he was but i never gave him credit for how quick he is or how incredibly strong on the ball he is too. I was really impressed with Xabi Alonso that day too, quite a big man surprisingly.

I absolutely loved every second of watching him even though he had two quiet games against Celtic - Agathe did a great job on him.
To see the runs he makes off the ball, the positions he gets into and to hear the sharp intake of breath by 80,000 people when he takes a shot is amazing. You can feel the energy through the crowd every time he gets the ball.
Was very impressed with Xavi that night and Puyol, though overrated I think, was outstanding for Barca at the back.

He is an absolute icon in a football mad city. I know exactly what you mean, it was his birthday the night I watched him, 24th I think. At one stage he went on a run, beat about 4/5 players and shot narrowly wide. The entire stadium must have shifted a few inches to the left. He did make amends with a last minute free kick to win the game 1-0, the place errupted.
On Xavi, he rarely, if ever loses the ball, what a player. I`d have him on a world XI.

That's exactly what I thought. It might sound corny but he's like a puppeteer with the Barca crowd - they react to his every move. It truly is a beautiful thing to watch.

Every time I went to see Chelsea when he was still playing, Zola had a poor game. He's probably the best player I've seen, but didn't deliver the best performance.
The two best performances I've seen have been Roy Keane for Ireland and Ruud Gullit for Chelsea.

Tevez - Dunno if he's the best player I've seen,
but he was a long way in front of everyone else on the pitch, till he got kicked off it.

difficult to follow pele and maradona but I saw Collymore 3 times while he played with the pool mid 90's and he was savage every time.
kaka at the champs league final last year comes second.
Patsy Freyne was a joy to watch too though.

Faustino Asprilla for Newcastle v Barca when he scored a hat-trick.
A wildly inconsistent player, but on his day a world-beater.

Kenny Dalglish- when LFC played at Flower Lodge in 1986.
Was quite impressed with Jay Jay Okocha aswell, when he played for Bolton in the Carl Davenport testimonial at the cross.Extremely skillfull player who got a deserved standing ovation from the crowd when he was substituted after about an hour.

I find it offensive that you should allude simply to those characteristics when you are discussing such a sports person, in fairness like
She had unreal legs too

I think the United game was the year after. The Spurs game was 1989. I was at that one too. There was a certain other Spurs player playing that day that you forgot to mention!!!!!
