it's fair to say that the Liverpool of 70's/80's,Real madrid of the 50's,Ajax of the 70's,Milan of the 80's/90's,and Bayern munich of the 70's,are widelly regarded as the greatest ever 5 club sides.

I'd probablt be inclined to give the Manchester United of the late 60's a nod, the only side to have three European Footballers of the year in their ranks. Maybe Herrera's Inter might shade it over them though.

Also, it does seem bizarre to have the early 90's Barcelona and not their late 1950's team, which is almost unanimously regarded as their best ever side.

Late 90's Juve were formidable too, unfortunately they choked in the final too often- how they lost to vastly inferior Dortmund and Real Madrid sides, i'll never know.
