How do i ring someones mobile but go straight to their voice mail .... is it dail 4 first or something like that ??

Any ideas ??

add 5 after perfix 086 5 ******* , 085 5 ******* or 087 5 *******

Do the same, and when you heard the voicemail message hit #
then try 0000 (often the default password, and unchanged),
you can then listen to the persons voicemails and change their greeting,
great fun.
